Traveled with children

Choose this cruise line because my wife and I were taking two of our grandchildren along (ages 7 and 12) so we wanted a ship which had things for the kids to do and one which departed from a port that we could drive to. The overall cruise in terms of food and shows was mediocre minus, but my grandchildren had a fun time on board the ship. This is my first time on NCL but I have taken more than 30 cruises with my wife on other cruise lines. I would never go one NCL again without my grandchildren, but would possibly consider it if they were coming along. Their WiFi almost never worked and their interactive TV wasn't interactive. The only area where they excelled was in the service provided by their support staff. The basic non-fee restaurants had food that was consistently "weak" but the waiters were quite good.
