This was a getaway for me because I'm a caregiver for my husband. I chose this cruise because it was the closest port to my home and the shortest cruise. My friend Darlene and I are able afford a nice suite, so Carnival upgraded us from a Grand Suite to a Captains Suite. So well worth it our cabin Stewart was named Huro and went above and beyond. He cleaned our suite twice a day and always had new towel animals. We received chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of champagne and a replica of the ship. We didn't get off of the ship in Nassau because we've been there several times. The ship was so quiet and enjoyable. We got off in Freeport because we love the Señor Frogs there and know the guys that work there. I bought several bottles of the Ricardo rum which is only sold in the Bahamas and several chocolate rum cakes that my husband loves. Sea day was fun too because we love the casino. We spent most of our time in the casino and this was best we have ever been to. We live in Florida and there are many Indian casinos but this was the best. I came ahead $240. Getting off the ship was a breeze because we sent our luggage down the night before and a porter came and helped us with all our stuff. We had passports and we're off the ship by 9:30 and home by 10:00. It was one of the best cruise experiences of my life. Of course when it came to tipping I wasn't cheap. If you give cash it is greatly appreciated and the service will be superb. Oh, I almost forgot, Trace Adkins was in concert on the ship and we got to meet him, got a signed autograph and was in the second row in the concert.
Magnificent huge balcony, two full bathrooms, large living room with two picture windows and a flat screen and the bedroom had a desk and a flat screen, enough storage and closet space. They kept the suite immaculate. Our Stewart cleaned the room twice a day. I would ask for this suite in a heart beat. Maybe on another of the Carnival ship.

Didn't get off the ship
Love Senor Frogs at this location
