First off all I'm a hardened cruiser so not my first time first of all the embarkment was good after that it went down hill we were on deck 13 cabin 13072 don't bother as the pool is above and it's very noisey and our cabin was not that clean no towels no toilet paper when I went to make bed up as not been made the mattress was very stained we complained and only changed 10 days into cruise dinning what a joke it was like a pigs troff people scrambling for food and when my husband had a burger it was frozen it was terrible even in the dining rooms no better and it was my birthday my husband paid for it to be special night and it was spoilt by teenagers running around which should not have been in there at time and when complained all we had was abuse even when we went to customer service they were no help as if you were taking up there time very rude and unhelpful I would not recommend this cruise to nobody disorganised no entertainment to talk off and too many unruly and rude kids all they wanted was money for watches and perfume you could not even get bed to sun bathe or drink at bar no waiter as they were so under staffed and I found pool dirty with scum on them and even the jacuzzi were full off kids snorkelling never new 6/7 year olds in jacuzzis before I was just glad to get off when in port they got no idea one day we booked excursion and while waiting to go ashore there were 20 people there who had been sat there waiting to go on another excursion and it had gone hour earlier that how bad information was we had all drinks package and we would wait sometime up to 40 mins just to get drink even though there were about 3/4 people behind bar but one doing ice one doing cocktails it was stupid
