Chose this cruise to get a unique view of the Columbia and Snake Rivers. Very happy to report that this was an exceptional cruise ... full of information, relaxation, education, entertainment, fine dining. The Hop on Hop off excursions were terrific, hidden 'jewels' of culture, history, and just pure fun were found in each town visited. The premium tours went farther and were more focused... The river locks were amazing.

While the ship was flawless and very comfortable, the particular value was the staff and crew... every member of company went out of their way to ensure a once-in-a-lifetime, high-value vacation. By the second everyone (entertainers, room attendant, wait staff, tour director, rivertorian, etc) seemed to know passengers by name. Customer service was absolutely superb!

Once facet I particularly appreciated was the no one was trying to sell me anything.....art, photographs, ;jewelry. The were no surprise extras that you had to pay for. Bottled water was available on board the ship, leaving ship for city excursions, and even on the tour buses.... for free. Read more
