First & last trip with Celebrity. Reputation great unfortunately the reality of experience quite poor. This was echoed by many other guests who have travelled with celebrity. Understaffed, not much to do, evening entertainment very average & food choice not great especially late evening. Plus side the Baltic destinations & excursions were mostly good not good enough an experience to book again. The cabin & restaurant staff were doing the best they could but with an out break of sickness on ship amongst crew they appeared very over worked. We decided to take the gratuities off preferring to pay who we wished directly. I was told 'did I realized this was how the staff got paid' after queuing for some time. I did and wasn't happy with my decision being questioned. Have lost our custom as there is a lot of great competition out there shame as the destinations are excellent.
