The small surprises we found in our cabin each evening.
Beautiful Coco Cay - plenty of lounge chairs available and the lunch was ri
I took this picture as we approached the ship after relaxing at Coco Cay

This was a fun get away for 4 couples who have known each other for almost 20 years. We arrived at Port Canaveral around 1pm and proceeded to our check-in which went very smoothly. The lines were long, but everyone was in a great mood. Once we received our Sea Passes we boarded the ship and headed to the Windjammer for lunch and to meet up with our friends. There was plenty of options to choose from - and since I have to eat gluten free it was nice to pick and choose on my own. After the life boat drill we headed to our inside cabin on the 5th deck - it was "cozy" but we knew we would only be there to change clothes and sleep. We enjoyed everything the ship had to offer from the dinner entrees to the entertainment - the piano player in the Schooner Lounge was incredible (try the Miami Vice drink too) as well as the dance parties, Marriage Game and Captains welcome. Coco Cay was beautiful and relaxing - the Coco Loco's were delicious and some of us went kayaking and snorkeling. The service was wonderful - it was so nice to be waited on hand and foot and they made all of us feel like we were their only responsibility. One of our friends had never been on a cruise and now they are looking forward to their next one. We are hoping to make this an annual adventure. I rated this trip a 5 since we didn't have on single concern the entire trip but to have fun and relax.

Cabin Review

Interior Stateroom

Cabin K

Cabin was expected to be small - but we didn't mind. It was hot outside and our cabin was always nice and cool. At night it felt like we slept in a cave - so quiet - and we caught up on much needed sleep. My friends had a porthole so the morning sun woke them early while we got to sleep in. My only wish was that the pillow could be thicker.

Port Reviews

Nassau

We wandered through the Markets and ended up at Senor Frogs for a fun lunch on the water. Had our picture with a Bahamian all dressed up in vibrant colors. One couple took a taxi to a private beach and skipped the shopping.
