Loved our experience. I booked the cruise last minute as I had to cancel a planned Disney World trip due to a back injury. Had no issues getting dinner times, or show reservations or any issue at all, even last minute! Used the iconceriege app, and although a little clunky at times it did the job we needed it to do. Allowed us to keep in contact with our two 20 something sons at all times. The ports were wonderful, my sons really enjoyed the zip lining at San Juan and all enjoyed the water slides and zip lining on board. Getting on and off the ship was very easy. The shore excursion people even allowed us to switch excursions the night before. We took advantage of the ultimate drinking plan and with two 21 ish sons it was a great deal. We also bought the unlimited wifi package for my sons and they enjoyed it very much, although it is a little pricy. We will definitely sail Norweigian again!
Cabin Review
We usually like balcony rooms, but as we booked the cruise one week out they were gone. We were able to get two interior rooms next to each other for my my wife and I and our two sons. The room was very functional (although a little smaller than we are used to as the Balconies are larger). Our room steward Anam was amazing.
