We are platinum cruisers on Carnival and defer to them because of there rewards program. As I have said in other reviews this was not a perfect cruise but it sure was awesome. There were a number of things that I liked better about this cruise then recent ones. I am a cigar smoker and they had a great area for it with comfortable seating and shade. This area was away from where people would normally be and made everyone happy. Great Job!

I also loved Fish and Chips, the Alchemy bar and the full cast of dancers and orchestra. The ship was clean the crew worked there tail off and were always willing to help. The food was great though definitely not as a varied in the past, but I pay the same price for a cruise now as I did 10 years ago so no complaints. Our wait staff and room steward were both amazing. My son is a picky eater and through humor and genuine niceness they got him to try many interesting things. Jessica and her team at Park West also did a great job.

They did not oversell the faster to the fun this time and it left us feeling special. The only issue we had was with in the Piano bar the musician was surly and rude, We have had a mixed bag with this venue with some of the musicians being awesome and fun and some being awful. This one should not have his contract renewed. Milos at the Alchemy bar and his partner were beyond excellent. If you want to go and have fun then I highly reccomend this cruise.
