The itinerary for this cruise was Key West/Freeport/Nassau out of Galveston on the Carnival Freedom. This was my fifth cruise with Carnival but the first on this boat and with this itinerary. My GF cruises a lot more than I do (she attained Platinum status on this cruise) and she had done this itinerary before but not on the Freedom.

Cabin

We were in cabin 7439 which was at the back of the ship. This room has a different layout than the other balcony rooms, but we enjoyed it because the balcony is a little bigger than a normal balcony and we spend a lot of time on the balcony. The actual room is a little smaller than a normal balcony room, but we don't spend much time in our room other than sleeping and changing clothes. The room actually only has a small table and chair instead of a couch, but we normally just end up putting our clothes on the couch when we have one anyways.
