A cruise, or any holiday for that matter, is what you make of it and in the case of this 'Mediterranean Beaches' departure we had a great time .... however there were definitely some very good and very bad points but working in the travel industry myself (not for Royal Caribbean) I am hard pushed to know what Royal Caribbean can do about it.

THE GOOD

Crew - Almost without exception the crew of the IOTS were friendly, hardworking and eager to please. Guest services were probably the biggest let down but to be fair to them they had to deal with some obnoxious, foul mouthed and rude customers throughout.
