I have been on the fantasy 4 times prior to this cruise we took july 4th. I knew the ship, knew the acitvities, etc, and we liked the ship, always cruising on carnival. Until now. Just got back this weekend. Wow. This cruise stunk. I am not sure what happened, maybe it changed hands, maybe they got new cooks, new food, etc but it was awful. Ill begin and end with just the meat of it.

1. Kids camp closed till 9pm first night. You could take your kids for the pay by the hour. Really???

2. Food. Horrible. Horrible. Did i say horrible?????? Menus every night horrid. One night the choices were "fried chicken, tofu steak, ". I couldnt believe it. This was in the dining room. The food was so bad, we walked out 2 nights. The only thing consistently good was the chocolate melting cake!!! We had to order room service 3 nights out of the 4 and order peanut butter jelly becayse we were starving. Read more
