MSC cruises. Nothing wrong with them but as they have a large number of different nationalities cruise with them they try too hard to appeal to all but sadly don't succeed with any. If they focused just on their Italian roots only with a few compromises they may well do better.

Service was slow and poorly focused, the buffet menus predicable, (well cooked but predicable), extras were pricey. The main dining room was acceptable with a varied menu. The quality was okay, i always cleared my plate but I never felt wow! about any of the meals.

Bars were plentiful but some seemed to have erratic opening times. Good choice of wines, beers and spirits.

Balcony Stateroom

Clean, tidy, compact but acceptable
