This ship felt spacious modern & comfortable. It is extremely stable you really dont feel like your moving. It has several swimming pools the main area is best suited to familys as it has loud music playing not to our taste more aimed at younger people . even so we didnt feel heavy rock music was appropriate for sunbathing. We liked the serenity pool at deck 17 this area has all the dedicated sun worshipper needs . Sun lounges, comfy couches, a bar, a pool that has a disabled hoist tho we never saw it used. The deck 16 restaurnt is nicely furnished with booths, tables to suit couples and larger groups, it is spacious , kept spotless by hard working waiters. If you dont want to eat inside theres always grab n go on the pool deck that has sandwiches and prepacked salads which are delicious. The group Pulse are really good and they can be found most nights in the live lounge. the Brittania show group (headiners theatre company) did 3 amazing shows, we were blown away. but also disappointed that in 12 nights they only did the 3 shows we'd have liked more. Amongst the visiting acts were a couple of good comedians.They now have dinner theatre where you play £22 for a meal n entertainment Darren Day appeared here. to us it seemed like just another way to make an extra few bob out of the passengers. Food in the main restaurants was a bit hit n miss. The steak wasnt the best quality, food was sometimes a touch cold and veg was deffo lightly cooked.The soups were fab and we did enjoy most of our meals. On Freedom dining we met lots of lovely people. Its a big ship with no staircases in the centre which led to some frustration with lifts. We thought it was a huge mistake not to have stairs as it would have eased the queues. We really liked Brittania and will deffo go back sometime in the future.
