We booked with Princess to Alaska as it was our 20th Wedding Anniversary, and our Cabin was decorated to celebrate this, the extra personal touches made us feel extra special. This is our second cruise with Princess. Princess Ruby was fantastic. Our cabin was a mini suite which was spacious and kept spotless by Ricky, food and service at the Bollecceli restaurant was super, excellent customer service from our waiters Gabriella and Miguel, food was delicious and varied. Service was efficient and themed nights great. The staff brought us our a cake and sang to us to celebrate our Anniversary. We enjoyed the two formal evenings and had a relaxing treatment in Lotus spa. Entertainment was good not as good as other cruises we have been on, not a lot of variety. Excursions were very good, loved seeing the Orca killer whales, hump back whales and a lot of wildlife but unfortunately did not see any bears! We had an amazing holiday and would definitely book with Princess again, we had a fantastic holiday experience and loved Alaska.
