Beautiful cruise ship. Cabin R503 was very roomy and very well kept on a daily basis.

The entertainment was good but the number of shows was limited. Excursions were fun and well organized. The food was below par. The Horizon buffet served COLD food...very disappointing selection and quality. Long waiting lines everyday.Front desk personnel were almost rude on a daily basis. We had requested robes and 2 cases of water to be delivered to our room. We never received either one ...even after repeated trips to the desk and several phone calls. I asked to speak to a manager at the desk . The person returned and told us that the manger said to tell us "there is nothing that he can do " Was also told "this happens all the time..the requests do not go through on the computer." Asked if I could purchase the 2 cases of water since this was not my problem, but their computer problem. Was told NO.. the offer is only good before the cruise starts. Thank goodness , the scenery was beautiful and we were able to see whales, eagles, glaciers all from our room. We will probably never chose Princess cruise line again.
