Loved sailing out of NY. Had a large group of 53 family and friends. Agreed with previous reviews. Staff not overly friendly. Crew was not on same page. Received different answers to questions depending who you asked. Service in grand pacific dining room was extremely slow. Missed evening show first night. Food was good. Some of our group enjoyed the specialty restaurants. Service in magenta dining room was better.

Man at Shore excursion desk was nasty And rude and unable to answer questions about their own island. Thank goodness Another employee was next to him to Assist us. Still took over an hour to get extra charges removed from my account for over $100 dollars. (Had $50 excursion credit and $50 food at cabana credit that were not put on account. Guest service desk didn't know about shore excursions. Bad customer service. Had to waste time from vacation to get this fixed. Also other family members had to argue and waste 3 different days of the cruise to get a drink charge frOm the dining room removed from the bill. We were all on the free drink package and should not have been charged in the first place. Again a waste of vacation time. Check your bill during the cruise!!!

Their own island was the highlight of the trip. Cabanas were awesome. Water was beautiful. Kennedy space center at port canaveral and Nassau we did on our own and had a nice time. Not enough time in Florida port to fully experience Kennedy space center.
