Stayed in Rome for a few days pre cruise and travelled to Civittavechia on morning of departure. Embarkation was very efficient although disembarkation(express departure) was a bit chaotic.Our cabin was comfortable and the steward was very friendly and extremely helpful. Anytime dining was good,but sometimes there was a delay at peak periods.Dining service staff were excellent with the food generally being to a high standard.We had the Classic drinks package,which certainly eased the pain as the charges( cost plus 18% ) seemed high..Entertainment on the ship was very good, with an excellent house band, good theatre shows and acts, headed by an enthusiastic and hard working entertainment Director.

We have cruised with a variety of cruise companies in the past and returned to Celebrity after a number of years.We had a wonderful time on board and found Celebrity Reflection to be a lovely classy ship with an excellent crew and we would not hesitate to recommend it to others.
