Ruby princess is 0 star. My family and I enjoyed to go to cruise trips(Bahama with Disney, Mexico Riviera and Caribbean with Carnival), but we wouldn't use cruise anymore because of this terrible experience. I don't know where to begin!

First of all, the cruise crews were very rude and not friendly at all. Sometimes, they gave us a bad look because we asked them to get utensils, and sometimes we got yelled because we took covered utensils without asking them.

Secondly, they have too many rules. They are not allow to put one twin bed bottom if 4 people in a stateroom. They said that one passenger fell down from a bunk bed, and a passenger who was bottom got injured. They said that they added an extra side rail to prevent it, but the side-rail seemed too weak to me as well. We have 3 and 5 years old boys that need to sleep with me, so I had to sleep with them in a single bed. Read more
