this was a cruise for our 60th birthdays and we decided to splash out and have a balcony and drinks package. it was our 11th cruise but our first with celebrity. lots of good points and several disappointing ones. plusses first -well the food was excellent [ loved the oceanview buffet restaurant and café bagio had the most excellent cake and coffees] and the cabin was great [ the bed was so comfortable and I suffer with a lower back pain but this bed was by far the best ive had at sea]. the shows were of good quality and the staff were exceptional. now for the moans well first there was simply not enough to do on days at sea. the golf consisted of one hole and four clubs for 3000 guests! . the gym didn't have a water fountain so after a workout you then realise that you should have taken water with you. the films shown in the first week were repeated in the second week and this was disappointing. we booked our excursions before we went through iglu and they were fine and much cheaper than booking on the ship. the casino had a minimum stake on the roulette of 5 euros a spin and this meant I never saw anyone playing -on other boats the stake has been less and they always get customers!. my final moan is the libriary it looks great but the books are poor. will be going back to royal Caribbean its a far more fun and intresting cruise
