I cruised on NORWEGIAN JEWEL after it was booked by Mumbai agent through his counterpart from Vancouver, Canada. there are few observations ; one must be aware of before booking
1. The cruise lines have very good offers , once you decide the cruising & the cruise after discussion with your travel agent before handing over any money check with the official website of the cruise ; check for pricing & the offers & then decide the terms you want to travel with & then negotiate with the agent - Get everything in writing - booking confirmation in your name where you can alter it if needed & avail some of the presailing offers. As these may not be accessible if you have a group booking done at a discounted price by the agent which may not allow to incorporate any offers
2. No need to be fancied for Balcony - as it very windy & chill very difficult to stay in balcony for long time. The better viewing points are on deck where you can have all around view

Balcony
Cabin was very good well appointed & spacious, Regular daily house keeping was done with towel animals changing everyday. Very nice gesture. It was a large bacony with absolutely unobstructed view But was very windy. It is impossible to keep the balcony door open & at the same time open the door.
Bathroom though small but was enough & with all amneties cofee maker , TV was in place all the daily activities were well informed
