My entire family sailed to Bermuda in celebration of our parents 60th anniversary. The service and food was the best. The entire staff went above and beyond to give the utmost service to the passengers. It was well managed, no wait times during boarding and departure. Our waiters Norman and Soto get a 5 Star Rating they were the best! My thanks to them for the superior service! The excursion booking staff was unfortunately not well educated on all that Bermuda had to offer. We had to go to the island to board the Bermuda Train excursion. On board they claimed that this excursion was discontinued. This was frustrating and could have been avoided if the staff was better educated. There was not a lot of activities for young or teenage children. Only one show is offered each evening. Overall we had a great trip.Thanks again to Norman and Soto!
