People waited in line for pictures for 2 hours or more on the last night, Many people passed the line and compared it to Disneyworld lines ( there were no signs stating prices) one staff member was very rude and told a grown woman who was initially startled by the high picture prices that “she needed to make a decision quick because the staff member has helped over 350 people” I observed another woman that asked the prices and the staff behind the counter rudely told the woman that she didn’t need to know the price ahead of time, it will be told to her when she gets to the desk another cruiser quoted the price she paid and the woman expected the same price when she got to the counter.If this were the case, a lot of people had their services charges removed which would affect the mannerism of the staff (perhaps that’s why they appeared so stressed) also there was a 15% service charge for ANYTHING purchased on the ship!
