Cruised Carnival in past.always a great experience. This cruise was the worst ever. Staff not friendly, food service awful, dining room waiters didn't even pour our water and were so frazzled forgot stuff. Food either undercooked or burnt.. Luncheon buffets not any better..o nly positive was cabin clean even though we didn't see our steward until the last day!! The adults only Serenity Deck great.. Check in okay, even though they misplaced one piece of luggage.. had to go searching for it ourselves on deck one! After 8 pm at night ! Oh, and did I forget to mention it did have tag on it!! Fire Drill was very disorganized, started late, was supposed to start 3:30 but it was closer to 5pm. The 6 pm dinner crowd was all late! We chose this cruise as it was close to home port, and a quick getaway. Usually cruise Royal Caribbean , and will most likely go back to RCCL.We have cruised over 16 times so this wasn't our first rodeo..
