Overall a beautiful cruise with lovely stops and scenery. The food was terrific, cabins nice, and some staff were very accommodating. The reason for the average rating is:

Cruise passengers tend to be in their (late) golden years and the boat caters to this crowd. If you are younger, some of the activities and plans may not fit your interests as well.

Our cruise director Simona was incredibly dogmatic, long-winded, and unwilling to accommodate. Her talks would go for over an hour with almost nothing actually said. She showed zero flexibility or accommodation and her excursions were terribly planned and executed. For example, one trip hit 2+ hours of traffic and we were begging staff to follow a google map route to avoid traffic.
