We chose this cruise for the embarkation location, the Celebrity brand and a previous cruise on the same ship in August, 2015.
The service in the dining room was disinterested, sloppy and missed any signs of elegant service or care. No chair pulled out. Food served by reaching in front of the guests.
The food was very basic and not very tasty. Sometimes it was good. It was usually like institutional cafeteria food.
