Empress was better than I anticipated. After reading some of the initial responses I was very nervous about taking this ship. Let me start by saying it is a smaller ship so you can't expect big ship things. Your trip we be what you make of it!
We were very impressed by all the staff from guest services to the bartenders to the room stewards to the dining room staff to the entertainment!
Everyone was overly accommodating. If you are planning to take this cruise make sure to go to the Boleros Lounge, you will not find better service!!! Carlos and Alejandro are hands down some of the best bartenders around!!

Been to Nassau many times, recommend renting scooters from BowCar, they are very reputable company and they are not pushy. We rented a scooter for the day for $65 and saw all of Nassau and Paradise Island.
