We had travelled on the Pride of America and had thought it was wonderful so thought another Norwegian Ship would be of the same standard. Oh so not true, the Sprirt is the most tired Ship decor so outdated and shabby due for an upgrade in 2017 about five years overdue. Staff on arrival so unorganised they did pick up as the cruise progressed. On the Pride of America staff are so proud of their Ship and it shows, not so the Spirit. The internet would have to be the biggest and most expensive disappointment we paid for the unlimited package, it was intermittent at best and failed most of the time. Went to the internet desk to complain had to join a long line of other disgruntled users. Food was as always was wonderful . Our cabin Stewart Wilfreddo was funny and very good he always greeted us personally when he seen us. The Ports of stop were interesting and we enjoyed visiting all the areas. We would travel Norwegian again but not the Spirit until it has been upgraded.
