This cruise was AMAZING!!!! To start with, we are a family of four with children the ages of 7 and 11. This was the first time we took our children on a cruise. I was not disappointed and recommend this ship.

Embarkation was very smooth. We walked in, stood in line for only 5 minutes, and walked onto the ship. I believe having a scheduled check-in time assisted with this process.

The ship was huge and it was beautiful. We had a mid-ship balcony room and it was just lovely. It was bigger than other balcony rooms that I have stayed in (or at least it felt more spacious). The bed was extremely comfortable and spacious too. The kids slept on a sofa bed and a bed that was pulled down from the ceiling. It had a ladder that they were able to go up and down from. The kid's beds were just as comfortable. Our steward Michael was amazing. He made the rooms up twice a day. Once in the morning and once at night. He made the most amazing towel animals. The boys looked forward to coming to the cabin in the evenings just to see what animal was waiting for them. He learned our names the first day of the trip. Every time he saw us he greeted us. The bathroom in our cabin was also spacious and very nicely decorated. There was just enough storage and closet space for us and we over packed a bit. The balcony was a good size. I recommend having a balcony because it also brightens up the room and makes it feel bigger.
