I'll go over the not enjoyable parts....then the enjoyable. First off the ship is just too big for the crew to handle certain situations. If you like to stand in long lines, then you will love this ship. The tours we went on were not well managed. There were too many shopping stops and poor tour directors. We passed so many points of interest I had to slow the bus down and have them explain what each place of interest was. It seems they are so intent to get to the shopping (where they get a cut of the action) that the true tour is a second thought. They need more people in Guest Services. Sometimes the wait to see a rep was 90 minutes. RC has 4 desks in that department..at times they need 10.
The immigration system to get into South Korea was so flawed and so disorganized it took two hours to get through it. Royal Caribbean literally stole 2 hours of our tour because they screwed up the system to get the passengers off the ship. What really gets me is when they mess up they walk around like everything is hunky dory and YOU are the one who is crazy.
We had a report of a person overboard so the Captain decided to do a tally of the passengers and crew. We reported to our muster stations, then they changed their minds and told us to return to our cabin. The tally took quite a while and we were confined to our cabins. Finally, all were accounted for.....if there were a real emergency, how long would it take to get 6,000 passengers and crew off of this ship....don't think about it.
Very nice, heck it's a new ship. It is a little tight for space, but that was expected, The balcony was roomy with extra privacy.
