I must say I was extremely impressed with the efficiency and speed of the staff at the dock during embarkation. I think we (myself and two kids), were on the ship in about 20 minutes. We went to the Windjammer for lunch, and by that time our room was ready. The kids changed and wandered out and about. I stayed back at the room and started unpacking my carry on. Shortly after our luggage arrived.

The ship was clean, well kept and beautiful. The ports of call were amazing; Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlan, and Puerta Vallarta. I had early seating at dining which I prefer having children so they can go do whatever they want after dinner and I don't have to interrupt them at 8:30. Since they are big enough to spend a majority of their time away from me, I do prefer to at least have dinner together. The food was okay. I feel as if they have downgraded their meals a bit since my last cruise (summer 2008). The wait staff was remarkable, as always catered to our every need, exceptional at paying attention to detail. Dining room was clean. I can not say enough good things about my waiter... he was awesome. If I return to the ship I will request him again.

Windjammer was "okay" but I think the quality there has diminished a bit as well. Food quality just seemed a bit inferior. As always the first come first serve can be burdensome during peak hours due to inadequate seating arrangements. But the staff is very accommodating in trying to find you a seat or match you with another family to sit with. They are very efficient about cleaning up as soon as a table is free.

Cabin Review

Superior Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D1

Great room; Deluxe balcony stateroom. Clean, neat, spacious for a ship. I always travel with myself and 2 kids. We fit very comfortably along with all of our stuff. Room attendant was very efficient and attentative to our needs.
