Just returned from 7 days on the Western Mediterranean. Stayed room 17003 in the haven-a two bedroom. The perks of the Haven are so great-with lots of time saving benefits and select seats for show.

Our problem was a water leak in the master bedroom/bath. Fans for 2 1/2 day and still not fixed. I didn't pay all that money($12,000 for 4 adults & 2 kids) to have and contend with this issue. The butler and steward attempted to take care of. Finally fed up with the run around, thru the concierge management was contacted and we were reimbursed $500-not hardly enough in my opinion for the inconvenience.

Meals in Haven restaurant were good but service was so slow for dinner. We ate breakfast alot there and avoided the crowds. Grandkids loved the Haven pool and no crowds. Staff was very helpful but nobody really was cheerful.
