This was the worst cruise I have ever been on. Multiple problems from not receiving our beverage package (water) until the 3rd day of sailing, dirty pillows, fixtures in the bathroom that didn't work properly, inconsistent delivery of daily newsletter, missing my excursion to the Mayan ruins due to RC changing the dates and not notifying me of the change and excursion credit processing errors. I spent hours in line with Guest Services to get the issues resolved instead of enjoying myself with my family. This ship's crew were very disorganized. The only positives that I can say about this ship are that the shows were fantastic and the staff in the dining room provided impeccable service and delicious food. I have a gluten allergy and the waitstaff caught mistakes the cooks made in preparing my food that could have made me very sick. They were always friendly and attentive to my needs. If only the rest of the ship ran as smoothly as the dining room.
Pillows were dirty and smelled. Bathroom fixtures were old and did not work properly. It looked like someone had cut their hair over the desk chair.
