My wife and I went on this cruise to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. It was our first cruise. We were very happy with the ship and Coco Cay. Nassau was ok. We would definitely do this cruise again.

When we arrived at the port, we were a little unprepared regarding our large bag. We found a porter with a tag to put on it and take it. He was nice enough to us, but pretty aggressive about getting a tip from another passenger. We then got in the first of three lines. This first line took about 10-15 minutes. They checked our passport and sent us upstairs to the second line which was for security. That line took about 5 minutes. It was pretty quick and easy. The third line was the actual check in. We are not any sort of loyalty members so our line took 30-40 minutes. The man who checked us in wasn't overly friendly, but he was cordial and answered questions. After that, we got on the ship and were done. Overall, we were pretty happy with the check in process.

After we were on the ship, we went to our room. We had a room on the 3rd deck with a window but no balcony. I was very happy with the room. It was small which I expected, but there was plenty of room for my wife and I to stow our clothes and do whatever we needed to do. The bathroom is VERY small, but again it never hampered our enjoyment of the cruise. I thought it was neat in a way. The room was clean and our stateroom caretaker was great about making sure we had whatever we needed. Our bed did creak a lot and when our ship would maneuver into port early in the morning the bed creaked with our shifting weight which woke me up. This still was really a problem and didn't hamper my enjoyment of the cruise. Our large luggage bag was delivered about 5pm without any problem.

We stayed the night before on South Beach. It was pretty nice.
