I had read previous reviews so was a little worried. I have travelled a lot, mainly guided tours overseas. I tried this cruise to see if I like ship life. Well, yes I do. Our cabin was clean, the water was hot and the bed comfortable. On this tour the Dragon and Angelo restaurants were free so that meant 4 dining options. We only used the Dragon, Angelo and the Pantry. I enjoyed most of the food in all places. The Pantry had menu changes each night so if you could not find something that appealed you are very very picky!! I enjoyed most of the shows. Were they world class? Not really, but usually fun. There was plenty of live entertainment in the bars throughout the ship,.

Of course not everything was perfect. Going back on board at Cairns involved a long line and at times it was obvious there was no one coming or going on the gangplank so that was a little annoying. Deck 6 is the only deck you can walk all the way around but it also has a smoking area so it was hold your breath until you are past. We were on deck 5 and had no problems with noise from deck 6 above. Staff were courteous and helpful. The only time it was difficult to get a drink was in the Marquee so we always walked in with one.

All in all an enjoyable time and we are now talking about where to go next.
