We took this same cruise last year on a very tired ship. We were told she was scheduled for a refit and figured it would be nice to see the changes. The ship was very nicely updated BUT was staffed with a new crew! The boarding process in Boston was horrendous. Two hours from cab arrival to the gangplank. A watering station along the Bataan Death March like check in would have been nice. Why do we preprint docs? Why aren't the medical declarations part of that process? Why can't computer literate folks be given the option of affixing a photo to their online check in information? It would have sped up the check in process! Ship left late, no reason given. First full day in Bermuda was a national holiday and every store in Hamilton was shuttered and closed! Yet NCL failed to pass this along to their guests! Many shelled out for ferry fares to downtown for nothing! When the staff was alerted to this oversight early in the morning, the info was still not broadcast to the ships residents! Entertainment appears to be a victim of the bean counters BUT the food was better then last year! Cagney's was by far the best but the free offerings at Venetian as well as Aqua were pleasant BUT the waitstaff were out of synch!

We were disappointed but will give them another chance next year unless the prices are out of sight for June! The America's Cup trials and finals will take place in Bermuda in June 2017!
