Company convention, 480 people in our group. 5000 passengers. Overall, overcrowded, bad dinner service, pool too loud and packed in like sardines, massage therapist trapped me in room trying to sell "product", food mediocre. Asked 5 waiters to bring me a beer in Grande restaurant and never got it. Out of lobster by mid-week. Next dinner, took us 1 1/2 hours to get entree. Restaurant manager was arrogant and gave lame excuses for the poor service. Mexican restaurant had no avocados for guacamole. Most eating venues were very loud, hard to carry on conversation across table. No restaurant or bar or casino had bathroom facilities,so you had to go on a long walk to find one. There were a few positive things: Aquatic show, fitness center, running track, room stewards, Johnny Rockets, ship was clean. Only place you could get away from noise and the crowds was to retreat to your room. Will never step on a large cruise ship again.
