I wanted to go to Bermuda where hotels are either very pricey or small guesthouses. I liked that the itinerary allowed plenty of time to explore Bermuda and that the ship left from NYC itself, making departure extremely easy via Long Island Railroad and cab from Penn Station. Virtually every person we met on board was from the tri-state area or Pennsylvania and Maryland. There was a large contingent wearing Cavs shirts on the 19th so I am assuming from Ohio as well. We had a large balcony which was good as it offered 2 lounge chairs which were needed to escape the deafening noise on the pool deck and the lack of shade on Deck 16 along with the people who were smoking right on Deck 15, outside the smoking enclosure.

Our room was very clean. We did not like that to use the steam room/sauna a 7 day spa pass was required. The gym was smaller than on other ships.

We did not like that the ship operated on FOMO, fear of missing out and trying to get you to upsell for most anything you wanted to do on board.
