This was the second year in a row that we did this cruise in Summit during the exact same week of May, sailing on Mother's Day. We knew the ship and had had a great cruise the previous year but we're looking forward to another visit to Bermuda and great cruise in Summit. I have to say our only disappointment was the new Italian restaurant, Tuscan Grill. We have experienced the Tuscan Grill in other Celebrity ships, but this one seemed more casual and the menu had changed significantly. They still had great filet mignon, however, some of the other favorites, including the chocolate fondue for dessert were gone. We will not go back to a Tuscan Grill with the new menu. We liked the more formal and special restaurant with the Murano menu that the Tuscan Grill replaced. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner in Qsine, however, truly believe the more diners, the better for sampling different dishes. We also spent a significant amount of time in the Persian Garden and enjoyed it. However, we miss the hot stone "beds" of the Solstice class and the ocean view as the Persian Garden in the Constellation class is buried in the interior of the ship with no natural light. While I did not use it, I did however discover a wet sauna in the men's change room that did have a very good ocean view. We had an Oceanview cabin, 2123, that we liked so much on the first Bermuda cruise, that we repeated it on the second cruise. It is convenient to the mid ships stairs and gangway and the midships elevators. The service in the ship was outstanding and the spaces all well kept. We had supper in the main dining room, early seating, and thoroughly enjoyed the food and the service there too. We are not pool people; therefore, I cannot comment on a pool experience except to say they were very popular. On our previous cruise, we had spent two days doing excursions and one in the Naval Dockyard. This time we booked no excursions, but joined a tour in St George's that was excellent. It was all on foot and a town councilor served as our guide. It was tremendously informative of the history of Bermuda and its linkage to the British colonies in Virginia and into the US war of independence and the War of 1812. We spent 2 days of leisure aboard the ship and in the Royal Naval Dockyard. The first visit had included ship excursions, one of all Bermuda, and the other of caverns and the Aquarium/Zoo. Both were very good. The highlight of this past cruise was participating in the Taste of Film, a movie presentation that was paired with appetizers served to participants throughout the movie. It cost $10 per person but was very special and highly recommended. Mind you, because it is on the upper deck, the timing during the cruise can shift depending on the weather. Our show was the last night in Bermuda.

Cabin 07

Good size, very comfortable, well located near midships elevators, stairs and, while alongside, the gangway. Service was excellent.
