We had a fantastic time! This was a multigenerational trip, and there was something for everyone. Our room was of course small, and there were a few little issues with shower drainage, but everything was clean and in good condition. Any problems we brought to the staff were fixed. They even managed to get us an extension cord for my husband's CPAP - which, by the way, apparently you are supposed to list as an accommodation when you are booking so that you have a plug near the head of the bed! The stewards were great, they even put up the bunkbed for us on the last night to surprise our 10yo who really wanted to try it!

The food and drinks were terrific. We ate most of our meals in the main dining room, and there were always different choices. We were supposed to dress nice for dinner, and it was fun to feel a little pampered. Most of our group, even the kids, tried foods they had never had before. Our server was always attentive, and even offered the kids an "extra" appetizer or soup if he saw that they seemed to like their taste of someone else's! The wine steward was right there to offer service, but never pushy with ordering more. We stepped it up for one night at the Pinnacle Grill as we had a free meal from our travel agent, but even if we had paid the extra $$ it would have been well worth it!

Service in general was really good. All staff we ran across were friendly and helpful. Service at the bars was occasionally slow, but only if it was busy - they were never ignoring us.
