The crew was amazing. Checkin/sailing was easy. Cabins were good and clean and service was excellent. Not enough good entertainment, considering you're at Sea a lot. Lots of "spa" seminars. Seriously??? Boring! The crew director was very funny but he seemed to have issues. Not outwardly friendly yet very funny when it came time to perform and do his job. Not very tasty food and the food stations were limited and few. Confusing layout of ship. Slow elevators. The only place to tell what floor you were in was the elevator number. Poor layout of floor numbers/ Not enough toilets and 99% of the time one stall was broken. Sometimes no toilet paper. Everywhere I turned passengers were complaining about the ship, food and entertainment. Pools/hot tubs were always crowded with noisy teenagers. Gym was great. Steam room and spa was not at it's best.

This was our 2nd Carnival cruise and definitely our last.

The Staff was beyond amazing!
