Sail Date: May 2016

Our cruise was given to us free due to our play in the Royal Casino on our cruise on Oasis of the Seas. There was a lot that they can improve on but yet our experience was not as bad as some of the other passengers experienced. Things that could have been improved were minor for us, such as not having mayonnaise after the first day on board. Serving pancakes, French toast, and waffles with no syrup and then when you ask for some because there was not any instead of just saying they were out they were smiling this extremely big smile and saying they would bring you some to your table as soon as they get it knowing there wasn't any. Embarkation went very well but disembarkation was horrible we had to wait for two hours after disembarkation time and the waiting area was hot (no air conditioning). The cabin we were in was good and our attendant was wonderful we were on the May 28th sailing and our cabin was #7164. The entertainment was good although the casino was extremely hot again NO air conditioning and the ice cream machine did not work after the first day and there was no more ice cream for the entire trip.

But through all these minor issues the topper was my husband left his whole ring of keys to our house, vehicles and job in the cabin along with his shaving kit and when I contacted customer service upon our return home they said they were not turned in (this is totally unbelievable), this has made me so angry and loose a lot of respect for the Royal experience I have come to expect.

We had our fifteen years old son with us who is very quiet, somewhat shy and introverted (special needs) and he had a ball met a lot of friends and really enjoyed the teen activities and for that everything else was small potatoes.
