Was very excited when my wife booked this cruise. We had been on 2 other royal Caribbean cruises in the past and loved them. From the moment we arrived to the port it wasn't the Royal Carribean experience we had known in the past. This ship is really small, much too small for a five day cruise with two full days at sea. The staterooms are cramped and my wife and I kept hitting our heads. The air conditioning in our stateroom kept going out in the middle of the night and we would wake up hot. The pool was really over crowded and we had to get up early just to secure a pool chair. This cruise seemed completely overbooked. It was difficult to eat at our desired time, even after making a reservation in their main dining room. The food seemed bland too. I kept thinking that the food didn't seem as "gourmet" as it usually is on a royal carribean cruise. The buffet in the cafeteria style dining hall was full of overcooked leftover food from the night before. Furthermore, the food wasn't labeled properly for food allergies such as dairy, gluten, and soy. To make matters worse, the staff didn't know if the food contained the allergens or not. Very frustrating. The brunch buffet in the main dining room was also not labeled for food allergies. Exiting the boat in Grand Cayman was a very long wait and we had to go all the way back to deck 10 to check out beach towels after waiting in line. Usually towels are given for the beach as you exit the boat. The only positive thing I can say is that the evening entertainment was very good.
Bottom line
Staff is unorganized
