Ship embarkation was quick with no complications and we were in our assigned cabin with no extended waiting. Our cabin was well maintained and clean. The ship did not meet our expectations in ease of travel throughout, possibly due to no promenade. For the want of coffee and snack one had to visit the 9th deck after evening hours which we found inconvenient. The large smoking area on deck nine should be avoided by non-smokers. We find a late night coffee and sandwich eatery mid ship more convenient. The food was good in assigned dining the open dinning with no complaints. Our party enjoyed the variety and ice shows and especially the piano bar after hours. Our group took advantage of tours offered off the ship with drives around the island stops in the local island vans. My wife became ill mid cruise (Diarrhea) and after consultation on the phone with the medical office she was confined to our cabin. The ship provided masks, pills and powdered gator aid till cruise end. Leaving the ship was a nightmare. Ship personnel assisted us by carrying our luggage to the debarkation area at 0800. They were letting people with airfares off the ship ahead of us. My wife was still ill and had to lay down in the passage way until I took her to a Lounge area crowded with other departing passengers. It wasn't until I stated I was taking her to any cabin to lay down did they react by getting us off the ship. We found our time on other ships we have cruised on meet our expectations and needs better, especially when it comes to passenger attention.
