We were in cabin 328 on the May cruise "Glitter and Glam" of the Riviera. It was fabulous. I booked thru my travel agent and also dealt with the corporate call center too when I had questions. We had been on the Wind Star in 1988 in the Caribbean -- so we wanted to duplicate that wonderful experience for our 70th birthday year of travel! We were able to upgrade to a suite because the boat was not full. We did a few excursions via WindStar and they were wonderful. We went by bus to St Tropez. The bus was immaculate, our guide spoke great English and had a tremendous amount of info on Cote de Provence Rose. Julia, one of the Wind Star officer's wife accompanied our little group of 14 to better evaluate the tour company. Top notch. The tour to Monte Carlo was equally wonderful.

Like the sisters, who were on our trip, we really enjoyed Villa Durazzo and it was great. I guess we drank the kool aid because both my husband and I loved the trip. The food, the service, the ship's cleanliness, the attitude of everyone who worked on the boat was AA+.

We have been on cruises with other cruise lines but the WindStar is so great unlike anything else.
