We paid for an upgrade to outside cabin but failed to choose one. We got 7213. Right at the back. It shook and rattled so loudly we barely slept for a week. It smelled of cigarette smoke at times and of sewerage the rest. It is directly under the waters edge club which is a late night bar, the music starts at 12.15 some nights! Silly us ...,we thought that complaining to reception many times was the thing to do! Thomson say we didn't complain to their rep and fill in a form so they cannot consider our complaints.

Orion restaurant was fine, lido like bun fight in a corridor.

Cabin steward good, reception staff aloof and clearly telling fibs about recording our complaints. Getting all inclusive drinks and wine no problem. Read more
