First Cunard cruise (done P&O and Fred Olsen before) but we joined up with friends who favour Cunard and who were going to the Baltic. where we wanted to go again for the second time (P&O previously).

This cruise advised us we would get an open questionnaire to complete after we returned home but Cunard have not invited us to thoigh we did complete the standard questionnaire onboard (numerous standard questions) plus no real open comment due to limited free space and expected invitation on returning home. So, where is the free questionnaire for us to complete?

Why automaticaally add 15% service charge for drinks orders (plus utility invitation!) when you expect passengers to make an excessively set service charge (c12 US dollars each per day) which we removed to provide individual tips to our regular servers. The drinks charges are greaty excessive even compring with other cruse line ships. Also, as a mathematician, adding 15% making an inclusive 0.5 US cent should be rounded down not up which is illegitimate!

Cabin BC

Good enough - very good STATEROOM manager - but why no tea and coffee to prepare ourselves. Also, no shaver adaptor which I had to persist on providing free via the Purser's desk.
