Started with the flight being delayed for 2 hours - which didn't bother me too much as we was on a dream liner, so ill just get straight to point...

Got on the boat and went to the room, what an absolute hell hole... tiny, there was a stain on the bedding which stayed there all week not changed once! Mold all over the bathroom which was wipeable, and we had threadbare towels and that's just the start of it. The room smelt like old cheesy feet.

we had the drinks package on our visit, however there are still a lot of things that we had to pay for, including water ???? Dined at le bistro which was meant to be their fine dining restaurant, sent back every meal... apart from the fruit salad which i could have got from the buffet.Had some treatments at the spa, and being from that industry i feel they was very helpful in there and really nice until one of them told my partner that he should return for more massages as his back was very bad. - not only is this advice incorrect but it is not good practice to recommend deep tissue massages x5 in one week! he went the next day and told the girl his back was sore and that he wouldn't be able to have the massage on his back that day so he had a leg massage instead. he then come back to the room and asked if i would go and cancel the the rest, went down to the salon and was told that i couldn't cancel unless the spa manager was there. and to return at 6 which i did and the manager was in a treatment. we got ready for dinner was then harassed by the girl from the salon as we was walking to dinner, long story short, they charged us for all the treatments that we didn't have although we followed the correct cancellation policy.
