Interesting story behind this cruise. Was supposed to be my honeymoon but ended up on it with my best man as the engagement went belly up in February.
Used the excellent cruise personaliser p and o have before the trip to book pay restaurants and excursions before the trip. All the tickets were waiting for us on arrival.
Embarkation at the mayflower terminal in southampton was smooth and professionally handled. We had a 1530 time slot but arrived early bracing ourselves for a long wait. In the end we boarded at 1330.
