Embankment and Disembarkation went well. What a wonderful cruise. Beautiful ship fabulous staff. Servers are amazing and room stewards are wonderful. Ship is so beautiful and tastefully completed. Food was very good loved the Windjammer, dining room and Chops. Ports are nice ports and so worth the cruise. The room was warm, called maintenance they fixed it. Room was beautiful O.V. on the 7th. level. No Concierge lounge and no area designated for cocktail hour. The three drinks loaded on your card is what you get for your three hour cocktail. The problems with this Ship seem to be Corporate related. The lack of a area for the Cocktail hour is from Corporate and may be the future for RCCL. The Captain gave his speech at the Muster Drill and that was the last we heard of him and never saw him until final night in the Windjammer, where he was eating with a friend. We dubbed him "The Captain of the Windjammer" The Hotel director was missing in action. But all the other officers where fantastic and always stopped and spoke with passengers, attended events. The employee's of this Ship are working very hard to make this ship work in spite of the lack of assistance from head office.
