Sail Date: Jun 2016

I sailed the Sunshine back in October, 2015 and was more than impressed with the ship, the service, everything about my cruise was fantastic. My husband and I decided to take my 16 yr old on his first cruise and booked it out of Pt Canaveral for June 12, 2016 on the Valor. From the moment we stepped on to the ship you could tell there was a low morale with the crew. We found many of the workers to be less than pleasant with the tones and attitudes. We had an Ocean Suite and was subjected to another room about 2 doors down smoking some nasty smelling weed. I am not sure how that was handled but we only smelled it for one the first day. Our a/c never worked properly at all. Our room would get extremely warm and humid. Aside from all of the above, our family made the most of our vacation and enjoyed the islands and what they had to offer. I am sure sure that Carnival will do their best to make sure things are up to their standards and I will continue to book cruises with them, just not sure I will sail the Valor again in the near future.
